Privacy notice for support requests

This notice explains how Shopippi handles the details you send through the theme support form at shopippi.com/shopify/contact or by email to [email protected].

What we collect

Your name and email address
Your store URL and the theme and theme version you use
The topic and message you write, and any files you attach (screenshots, recordings, PDFs)
Technical details needed to protect the form from abuse: your IP address and browser name, and the time of the request

Why we use it

Only to answer your support request and follow up on it, and to keep the form safe from spam. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and the form has no tracking or analytics.

Where we keep it and for how long

Requests are stored on Shopippi's own server, in a place that is not reachable from the web, and in the [email protected] mailbox. We delete requests and attachments automatically 365 days (one year) after we receive them. Records used for spam protection are deleted after two days.

We do not sell or give your details to third parties. Emails are delivered through our email provider, which processes them only to deliver the messages.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Write to [email protected] with your request reference number (or the email address you used) and we will show, correct or delete your details.
